BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
📝 Direct and Platform Bookings
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to bookings made directly with the establishment (official website, telephone or email).
In the case of bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs) or other external portals, the cancellation and payment conditions stipulated by the relevant platform will apply.
🔒 Advance Booking
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
💳 Deposit
To confirm the booking, a 20% tank of the total amount.
This tank non-refundable.
💰 Outstanding payment
If you book via our website, the outstanding balance will be charged automatically 15 days before arrival on the card provided.
If you book with Less than 15 days' notice, the outstanding balance will be charged during the course of the same day as booking confirmation.
If you wish to use another card, it is necessary to inform us. before that deadline.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Less than 15 days or no-show: The charge will be 100% of the booking.
🔁 Modifications
Changes to dates are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.

- Check-in: From 4.00 pm
- Check-out: Until 12:00
🚭 House Rules
Out of respect for everyone’s rest, we ask that Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No smoking inside the accommodation. Should you do so, a Additional cleaning fee.
Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the property.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is mandatory to present the National Identity Document for all persons staying at the campsite; in the case of minors not accompanied by their legal guardian, a written authorisation signed by them will be required.
The campsite reserves the right of admission and expulsion for reasons of non-compliance with internal regulations, disturbance of the peace, and other manifestly reprehensible behaviour.
The placement of tents, caravans, motorhomes… as well as their removal will be carried out according to the instructions of the Campsite Management.
Pets are permitted (max. 2 per person) for a fee of €1 per day, provided that the usual conduct rules are observed: owners must ensure constant supervision and responsibility, showing respect for other campsite users; dogs must be kept on a lead and wear a muzzle (this is mandatory at all times for breeds considered dangerous), waste must be cleaned up, and urination areas must be controlled so as not to cause discomfort or damage to the campsite facilities.
The payment of fees may be requested by the Campsite Management at any time; you must keep a copy of your online booking and corresponding payment at all times and present it if so requested by the Management; you may always increase the services booked online and pay for them at the campsite reception.
